We’re here for the toddlers and the grown-ups who love them.
I’m Sarah - a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works in the early years, where learning happens best through play, connection, and everyday moments. My approach is rooted in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), a deep understanding of caregiver-child attachment, and child-led interaction, never drills or compliance-based programs.
At Teacher of the Tiny, I believe toddlers don’t need to be “fixed.”
They need adults who understand how learning, behavior, and development actually work, and how to support them in ways that feel doable, respectful, and real.
My Mission
My mission is to empower parents, caregivers, and early childhood professionals with practical, evidence-based tools they can use right now—at home, in the classroom, and during play.
We focus on:
Play-based learning and natural routines
Supporting communication, regulation, and early social skills
Coaching adults instead of “working on” children
Building confidence in the grown-ups so toddlers can thrive
This is not about perfection.
It’s about understanding why behaviors happen, how learning unfolds in the early years, and what small changes can make a big difference over time.
Because when we support the adults well, the children benefit most.
Let’s Talk through those Toddler Tantrums.
You’re not failing, and your toddler isn’t “too much.”
Let’s make sense of the meltdowns and figure out what support looks like for your kid.
